Healthy Taco Salad

1 lb. lean ground round

1 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. cumin powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. chili powder

1 can black olives (optional)

1 ripe tomato, diced

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

1 bag baked (blue) corn chips (crushed or smaller pieces)

1 head romaine lettuce

1 can black beans, drained

1/2 bag shredded purple cabbage

1 cup favorite salsa

3/4 cup plain yogurt

Brown ground round hamburger with the four seasonings.  Drain off fat and let cool a while.  Wash, tear, and dry romaine lettuce.  Combine lettuce, cabbage, black beans, tomatoes, black olives, and hamburger.  Toss cheeses and chips.  Mix salsa and yogurt together.  Pour mixture over salad and serve. (Can place sliced avocados or jalapeno peppers on the side too!)
